Used W.W. Greener Mark VII .303 British with a 24” barrel. Length of pull of 14 3/8” to a trap door steel butt plate with a widow’s peak.
Military Mauser style action with thumb notch and stripper clip guide, two-stage trigger, three -position flag safety, ramp front sight, island express rear sights with one standing (100 yards) and four folding (200, 300, 400, & 500 yards) leaves, rear peep sight, military style bottom metal, sling swivel studs on the toe line and barrel, checkered wrist and forend with mullered borders, and a black grip cap. The barrel reads “W.W. GREENER MAKER BIRMINGHAM”. Birmingham proofed for 37 grains of Cordite and a 174 grain bullet.
Very good bluing on the barrel and action. The stock is in very good condition with minor scratches. Fairly crisp and clean checkering. Excellent bore with sharp and crisp lands
