This brass shock buffer absorbs the impct from the slide onto the frame.Only recommended to be used for range and practice, not during competition or carry use.The shock buffer reduces the slide travel by 0.080″ (2 mm) which may affect the reliability of the handgun. Mfg: Henning Group
